The Board of Directors of Family Private Care, Inc. announced today that Deborah F. Irvine has been appointed President and CEO of Family Private Care. The entire management team and staff of Family Private Care are excited about the future of the company under Mrs. Irvine's leadership.

Mrs. Irvine has been with the company since 1997, serving in a number of capacities and demonstrating effective leadership at every stage of her career. She began as a Start of Care Nurse, was promoted to Director of Nurses, then to Administrator, General Manager, and now to President.

Mrs. Irvine stated: “I am honored and humbled to be selected as President of Family Private Care. Having been a part of the Company’s successes and challenges from the very beginning, I feel well equipped to lead Family Private Care into our next decade of service providing the very best in private duty home health to our neighbors. Back in 1997, Family Private Care set the bar for service and commitment to our clients and caregivers. Our business specializes in referring screened and qualified caregivers to clients who need services in their home in order to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence. We will continue in our quest for excellence as we look to the future and the next decade of service.”

Gary Uber, who founded Family Private Care along with Keren Baldwin, added: “I am so proud that our own Deb Irvine has been selected to lead Family Private Care. She is a seasoned professional who has worked to grow the company to what it is today. I have every confidence that Deb will do an outstanding job as our chief executive officer.”
